Qua­lity stan­dards for tool com­pon­ents A signi­fi­cant pro­por­tion of our pro­ces­sing machi­nes are con­nec­ted to each other via an auto­ma­tion cell. This allows us to use the man­ned shift peri­ods for set-​up, mea­su­ring and opti­miza­tion, whilst the work­pie­ces are pro­ces­sed accor­ding to prio­rity during the unman­ned, non-​productive peri­ods. This com­bi­na­tion and inter­lin­king of dif­fe­rent machi­ning pro­ces­ses allows us con­sider­a­bly more fle­xi­ble work­piece machi­ning, with a reduc­tion in idle times and a simul­ta­neous increase in machine run­ning times.

Many years of expe­ri­ence in hard machi­ning and elec­trode mil­ling, com­bi­ned with 5‑axis mil­ling tech­no­logy, make it pos­si­ble for us to com­bine com­plex con­tour areas in order to achieve goals in fewer working steps. Our machine and sys­tem ope­ra­tors and work pre­pa­ra­tion spe­cia­lists ensure smooth through­put and high-​quality stan­dards for finis­hing the mold inserts and tool components.
